To rent a self-drive car, you must provide:
• Original Driving Licence: Must be valid with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience (Learner / LLR permits are not accepted).
• Identity & Address Proof: Original Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
All documents are verified digitally before vehicle release, and original credentials must be presented at the time of vehicle key handover.

Rentals operate on a clear 24-hour billing cycle starting from your scheduled pickup time. Pricing is 100% transparent and includes standard GST taxes, comprehensive vehicle insurance, and standard daily kilometers. Extra hours and flexible rental extensions are calculated dynamically with no hidden fees.

Yes, we offer two convenient and flexible security deposit options:
• Option 1 (Two-Wheeler Physical Custody — Most Popular): You can surrender your personal 2-Wheeler (Motorcycle / Scooter) + Original RC Smart Card + vehicle keys in safe locked custody at our Anantapur fleet yard. No cash deposit is required for this option. Your two-wheeler is kept safely locked without being operated.
• Option 2 (Full Cash / Bank Deposit): Fully refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 (5-Seater) or ₹25,000 (7-Seater) transferred via UPI, Net Banking, or in cash.
Upon vehicle return and completion of the digital handover inspection, your Two-Wheeler is handed back immediately and your security deposit is refunded on the spot, accompanied by an itemized Return Settlement Statement emailed to you.

We follow a fair Same-to-Same Fuel Policy. The exact fuel gauge level is digitally photographed and recorded on your vehicle inspection checklist before departure. You simply return the car with the same fuel level. If returned with less fuel, the shortage is adjusted transparently at local pump rates during return settlement.

All bookings include a generous daily allowance of 300 KM per 24 hours (e.g. 600 KM total for a 2-day rental). If you exceed the quota, extra kilometers are charged at a transparent fixed rate (₹8 to ₹14 per km, depending on the car type), as itemized on your booking quote and dispatch voucher.

Yes. As mandated by Indian Motor Vehicles and commercial transport regulations, every rental includes a legally binding Self-Drive Rental Agreement. The agreement is signed digitally via our signature pad or customer portal and stamped with the official PR Solutions Corporate Seal. A signed copy is automatically sent to your email.

Our primary fleet hub is located at Subhash Road, Anantapur. For added convenience, scheduled doorstep delivery or pickup at Anantapur Railway Station (ATP) and the RTC Central Bus Stand can be arranged upon advance request with our dispatch team.

All vehicles in our fleet are equipped with 24/7 Live GPS Telematics and automated safety alerts. In accordance with RTO safety mandates, a highway speed ceiling of 80–100 KM/H is maintained. Driving under the influence, unauthorized sub-letting, and off-road driving are strictly prohibited.

Yes. Trip extensions can be requested anytime prior to your scheduled return time, subject to vehicle availability. If your schedule changes, contact our team to reschedule or cancel your reservation. An updated status and confirmation voucher will be emailed and sent via WhatsApp immediately.
